Working in Partnership with AA Projects Ltd, Flynn Partnership is providing Cost Consultant services on this £45m student accommodation development for the Opal Property Group. The scheme comprises a total of 1,063 bedroom and studios, a new store for Magnet Ltd, retail space and trade units. The site has been the subject of an extensive enabling package including demolition, insitu bio-remediation, alteration to adjacent roads and services diversions. The scheme is currently on site with a phased completion taking place in 2009, 2010 and 2011. |
