Working in Partnership with AA Projects Ltd, Flynn Partnership provided Cost Consultant services for Bury College as part of their ongoing campus improvements. The scheme comprised a new teaching building and two separate refurbishment phases, total; value of £8m. Works were completed in phases during 2005 and 2006. |
